• Use SkiSwap (linked at top) to register all items ahead of the swap 
• Online item registration will close on April 22nd at 9pm PST
• NO DAY OF ITEM REGISTRATIONS! 
• You must bring your checked-in items on Friday April 25th to The Pavilion from 1:00-6pm

GEAR WE ARE ACCEPTING

• Shoes (flat or clip)
• Riding accessories (protective gear, minus helmets)
• Riding packs
• Parts 
• Frames
• Complete bikes

GEAR WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING

• Helmets
• Apparel 
• Products that are more than gently used (at swap discretion) 

SWAP RULES

• PLEASE REGISTER ALL ITEMS USING MYSKISWAP PLATFORM BEFORE THE WINDOW CLOSES APRIL 22ND AT 9PM
• NO DAY OF REGISTRATIONS 
• BRING ALL REGISTERED ITEMS TO THE PAVILION APRIL 23RD FROM 1-6PM 
• WE CANNOT SELL USED HELMETS
• PLEASE, NO SHOES OLDER THAN 10 YEARS 
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ITEMS THAT ARE BROKEN OR TOO WORN OUT
• PRICING MUST BE IN WHOLE DOLLAR AMOUNTS. PRICE TO SELL!
• ITEMS LEFT AFTER TIME DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE BEND ENDURANCE ACADEMY.
• CHECKS TO CONSIGNORS FOR SOLD ITEMS WILL BE MAILED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE SWAP AND BY MAIL ONLY
• BEND ENDURANCE ACADEMY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

COMMISSION & CONSIGNOR PAYMENT

• Commission rate is 22% of the sale price per item (you as the consigner keep 78% of the item sale price)
• Payment, less the commission, will be provided to Consignor within 14 days of sale by mail only 
• BEND ENDURANCE ACADEMY AND EVENT VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN ITEMS.
